Although the oxide layer, which exists as a result of the nature of aluminum protects the product against corrosion for many years without being subject to any treatment, the appearance of the profile is guaranteed by increasing the thickness of this layer from 1-2 microns to 10-25 microns.<\/p><p>Anodizing is an electrolytic process and has many different methods. In principle, aluminum profiles are immersed in an acidic electrolyte as anode and applied with a certain voltage (direct current) between the anode and the cathode. The electrolytic dissolves and an oxide layer forms on the surface of the profile. This layer is the layer that protects the aluminum from corrosion, and the said layer has a transparent feature like glass. In this context, our Company which has an anodizing capacity of 800 tons\/month aluminum profile and has <strong>Qualanod Certificate<\/strong> in international standards, carries out anodized coating in different thicknesses from 10 microns to 25 microns with different colors in line with the needs and demands of our customers. In line with the relevant demands, production can be made on different surfaces such as matte, glossy, semi-gloss, satiny and sandy.<\/p><p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element
