Some of the principles that Demsa\u015f Metal follows during the painting process are as follows:<\/p><ul><li>The alloy quality of the profile to be powder coated is very important.<\/li><li>Painting process, extrusion process should be done in accordance with the rules avoiding scratches, tears, protrusions, etc. on the surface.<\/li><li>Profiles are first applied into chemical pre-washing processes in order to increase the ability of the paint to adhere to the surface and to clean it from dust.<\/li><li>Environmentally friendly &#8216;Chromefree&#8217; process is applied as a pre-treatment that ensures the adhesion of the paint to the aluminum profile surface and is fully automatically controlled.<\/li><li>After the pre-treatment, the surfaces of the entire profile are painted homogeneously with automatic robots.<\/li><li>Powder coated profiles gain a decorative appearance. In addition, surfaces show better resistance to ultraviolet rays and sudden temperature changes.<\/li><\/ul><p>In our electrostatic powder coating facility, which has the International <strong>Qualicoat Certificate<\/strong>, painted profiles are produced in all RAL colors and special colors with a painting capacity of 400 tons\/month.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
