Before the powder coating process, surface sandblasting machine is used in our facility to assist the surface cleaning processes and to obtain different anodized surfaces.<\/p>\n

Before the powder coating process, burrs, dirt, etc. on the profile surface and other unwanted parts are cleaned in chemical prewash baths. In accordance with the environmental awareness principle adopted by our Company for many years, it is emphasized that the load of the bathrooms should be reduced as much as possible and the profiles to be painted with powder paint are subjected to chemical cleaning after pre-blasting. The anodizing process applied to the profiles with sandblasted surfaces gives much more successful surface effects.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
