Health
Our HSE Policy includes the following in terms of health criteria; to create a working environment where responsibilities and authorities are shared by our employees in mutual cooperation in order to raise awareness of health, safety and security and to spread this awareness; to carry out educational activities and provide the necessary resources to gain individual responsibility; by constantly reviewing occupational health and safety risks, to make various risk analyzes in this area and to take the necessary measures; to eliminate occupational health and safety hazards; working on ensuring the production of products suitable for human health.
Safety
It includes detecting and evaluating all kinds of dangers and risks that may occur in the activity processes of our Company and making continuous improvements by taking the necessary measures in this context.
Environment
Our HSE Policy includes the following in terms of environment criteria; to comply with the legal regulations that we have to comply with from an environmental point of view and to fulfill the requirements requested by our customers; ensuring energy efficiency and keeping energy consumption to a minimum; to prevent environmental pollution at its source by taking into account all kinds of environmental impacts that may occur in the activity processes; to apply recycling and disposal methods as much as possible by reducing the amount of waste; to continuously improve our systems to improve energy management and performance; to create environmental awareness in our employees, customers, business partners and visitors; developing various projects to reduce the effects of global climate changes.
