In our electrostatic powder coating facility, aluminum profiles are painted in different RAL colors and different gloss shines. Some of the principles that Demsaş Metal follows during the painting process are as follows:

• The alloy quality of the profile to be powder coated is very important.
• Painting process, extrusion process should be done in accordance with the rules avoiding scratches, tears, protrusions, etc. on the surface.
• Profiles are first applied into chemical pre-washing processes in order to increase the ability of the paint to adhere to the surface and to clean it from dust.
• Environmentally friendly ‘Chromefree’ process is applied as a pre-treatment that ensures the adhesion of the paint to the aluminum profile surface and is fully automatically controlled.
• After the pre-treatment, the surfaces of the entire profile are painted homogeneously with automatic robots.
• Powder coated profiles gain a decorative appearance. In addition, surfaces show better resistance to ultraviolet rays and sudden temperature changes.

In our electrostatic powder coating facility, which has the International Qualicoat Certificate, painted profiles are produced in all RAL colors and special colors with a painting capacity of 400 tons/month.
